    Ask most know, Alaska Airlines has had two promotions that pushed nonstop routes between California and various East Coast destinations. I signed up for these and invested in travel routing through the cities to benefit from these promotions before they ended at the end of May, only to discover this evening (when trying to book on their website) that Alaska appears to be eliminating at least some of the routes that make it possible to participate in this promotion, thereby changing the rules of the game in midstream.

    Seems like they announced Fort Lauderdale to San Francisco was announced as a seasonal route, ending on May 19… back in March of 2018…
