Good Business class fare from the US to Santiago, Chile

Good Business class fare from the US to Santiago, Chile

  1. Daniel B Gold

We are planning a trip to Santiago, Chile in November of this year. What would be a “Good Business class fare” from the US to Santiago? I found a roundtrip fare from MIA of just over $1,800 on Avianca (only 1 out of 4 segments is in lie flat reverse herringbone seat, the rest is in old-style angle-flat seat).
    Thanking you.

Considering that’s around the same distance as east coast USA to London – that’s a great business class fare, in my opinion.

We paid $1,100 roundtrip Miami to Rio last year, but that was during a fare sale.

Do you recall when that fare sale was? Since in the itinerary I found 3 out of 4 segments are in seats resembling US domestic first class, I might wait then for better deals.
I will also need positioning flights from/to BNA so that adds another $300 pp r/t.

Hi, purchased in August 2017 for travel February 2018.

Oh, and I looked back in emails and it was $1,297. But, still a great deal 🙂
