FINNAIR UPGRADE ???

FINNAIR UPGRADE ???

    Hi,

I have booked a few days ago TXL-HEL-JFK-LHR-TXL, ticket issued by BA. I preselected seats as OW Sapphire on BA page and for Finnair flight in its mmb. I was a bit shocked that I could select seats in rows 8 to 10 as they are in front of Economy Comfort and seat guru shows it for A330 as business class seats. But check my trip, BA mmb says it is still economy, even I have reserved 8A, which AY describes as “front row”. What should I wait for? Business class seat or downgrade at the gate and middle seat in Y for transatlantic?

Interesting dilemma you have. According to Expert Flyer there is a “full-fare” economy class that are these back rows of business. Check AY’s website for info on this. If you are full fare you might be fine. (It might be the seat, without the BC service)

Thanks for reply. This sounds great! Business class seats even without service will be welcomed. Thanks!
