Expert Fly vs. united.com vs Aeroplan

So…I’m seeing completely different award flights available when I search Expert Flyer and united.com and Aeroplan for LH First Class FRA-LAX/SEA/DEN/SFO using Asiana miles. All of them have some form of availability, but none of the flights specifically corresponds across the search results. Expert Flyer has a flight FRA-MUC-LAX while United is showing only availability for FRA-IAH-LAX. Which site is THE most trustworthy? Worse is that Avianca Life Miles doesn’t show any availability.
