EK F w/ infant

EK F w/ infant

I’m flying EK F YYZ-DXB-YYZ with 4 pax including an infant.

I’ve called EK as well as googled, but I can’t find much information on traveling with an infant in F. All I know is that they provide a bassinet, and the F one is smaller than the one they provide in Y & J for some reason.

Do you have any idea if it is safe and comfortable to have my baby sleep with me on my seat instead of a bassinet? Also, does EK have an in flight nanny like EY does?

I’m not sure there is enough space on EK seats to have an adult and infant lie side by side. along with the added issue of being able to keep a seat belt around both of you…
