AnonymousI know that award on LH in F only exist 14 days out… but what about in J ??
It seems like award in J never open up before 14 days too??Comments;
I always trying to pay cash for LH F on UA ticket to keep the status going (feel bad spend any dime on UA flights but I am base in the US so it’s still s values) and then book my partner with miles on the same flight in J… so at least we can use the lounge together and if possible upgrade his award last minute.However, if the award in J isn’t even opened early on… there is no way I can feel secured about the trip beforehand. Why don’t I just go to other carriers that I can?? I fly every airlines and status on all. Bored with BA F. At least on AF I can pay cash for F ticket and book him with miles early on… and of course, AF F is much better than LH F on most things.. Food/service. just that sometimes you want to fly Lufthansa A380/747-8 F for a change.
