Do AA elites get complimentary upgrades on Alaska tickets purchased from Alaska?

I am Platinum Pro only as a result of a 3-Month Elite Challenge from American. I tried submitting this for a status match with Alaska Mileage Plan but I doubt it will work since I did not “earn” Platinum Pro status.

I purchased 2 tickets from the Alaska website because with a discount code the cost was significantly less than the price on the AA website (and because Alaska allows for overnight layover without purchasing multi-city ticket). So my question is do AA elites with Platinum Pro automatically receive reciprocal status with Alaska that will allow for the possibility of complimentary upgrades on Alaska flights? Thanks for the info and responses.
