I have an option to fly JFK-SVO in J for family of 3 either on Aeroflot or on Delta. Aeroflot is operating b777, DL- b767. Both are lie flat seats. But taxes on SU are high-$220per person. Which one to choose?

Sergey have you looked at trip reports for the equipment/flights? Might help you decide.

SU777 is in a 2-2-2 config so might not be a good option when 3 travel together

Delta has many types of B767, most international birds should be like these

Basically neither are great options.
