Hi –

I have an upcoming stay at The Park Kolkata, India and the hotel is a member of ‘Design Hotels’. Is there a loyalty program associated with ‘Design Hotels’, and if so, what is it?

It looks like Design Hotels is a larger, international group – which includes some Marriott properties (or Marriott managed properties). It has a program, though I am not sure whether it is a “loyalty” program or more of a marketing program – [I]i.e.[/I] offering discounts / sales by e-mail, etc. See: [URL]https://www.designhotels.com/mycommunity/join[/URL]

BTW, the Park hotels look very nice. I need to remember them for any visits to India.

Yes, I would call the new Bonvoy customer assistance. DesignHotels was purchased or taken over in some way by Starwood Hotels which then became Marriott Rewards which then became Bonvoy.
