    Hi Ben
    I made a Hilton Honors redemption booking for Me n my friend at Hilton Garden Inn Golden Horn Istanbul. He arrived two days earlier than me and was denied check in eventhough his name was in the booking, No actions taken after more than one hour of phone calls to the check in agent n Hilton Honors. We had to make a last minute booking at the nearest Radisson, I emailed the Diamond Desk and they apologised and they did credit the points back, What would you do if u were to face this kind of issue eventhough its clearly stated that 3rd party is allowed to do the check in if the name is in the booking, As a diamond member this is not my first booking i even gifted my points to others as wedding gift 😉
