Jamie Foster New MemberA couple of days ago my flight on Frontier was cancelled due to mechanical issues.I was booked for first flight out in the a.m and told that a voucher would be emailed to me for future travel. I have not received the voucher and do not have time to sit on hold for the 43 min wait period. Frontier has no email address amd no live chat. They have one number to call and wait time is crazy. As far as “going to their website to find an answer to my question,” there is not a category for “vouchers not received.”
I was hoping someone might have better contact information for Frontier’s customer service. -
