Contact info for Frontier?
A couple of days ago my flight on Frontier was cancelled due to mechanical issues.I was booked for first flight out in the a.m and told that a voucher would be emailed to me for future travel. I have not received the voucher and do not have time to sit on hold for the 43 min wait period. Frontier has no email address amd no live chat. They have one number to call and wait time is crazy. As far as “going to their website to find an answer to my question,” there is not a category for “vouchers not received.”
I was hoping someone might have better contact information for Frontier’s customer service.

Corruption and Intimidation at Cairo Airport Customs – My Cousin’s Experience

I’m a long-time reader of One Mile at a Time, and I truly appreciate your balanced coverage of travel experiences—both the great and the frustrating.
I wanted to share a disturbing incident that happened to my cousin just a few days ago at Cairo International Airport (CAI), which raises serious questions about how customs operations are handled there.
On June 17, 2025, my cousin flew in from the United Arab Emirates, carrying:
Her personal smartphone (previously registered in Egypt),
Her personal tablet (also previously used and registered in Egypt),
And a second used Wi-Fi-only tablet, intended for a younger relative to use for studying—no SIM support, no packaging, and clearly not for resale.
At customs, she was stopped and intimidated by officials who claimed that having an “extra tablet” violated import rules and demanded she pay 3,500 EGP in cash. No receipt or documentation was issued.
She was traveling alone, young, and had no knowledge of Egyptian customs law, and unfortunately, she felt threatened into compliance.
This appears to be blatant extortion, and it’s sadly not an isolated case. There are growing reports of similar abuse, especially targeting vulnerable travelers who are unfamiliar with their rights.
I wanted to raise awareness about this behavior, which is damaging both to Egypt’s image and to the trust that travelers place in international airport operations.
