    Hello Lucky,

    I am new to your forum and it’s a great tool for everyone looking to maximize on award travel.

    I am a busy person, like most of us and I was wondering if you offer direct consultation ( paid or unpaid ) over the phone to speed up the process, how to take a full advantage of my miles. I generate millions of miles annually , but I need some advice how to wisely spend them.

    Do you have a specific trip you are planning for? The community here can probably help with some free and friendly advice if that’s the case.

    If you’d rather, there are some good paid services that we can recommend too (Lucky does have one).
