Questions and Answers

Hi everyone! Details are starting to roll in for the concert, so I figured I’d pass along what we know so far (there’s a lot of coordination happening between the various groups).

[B]The Concert[/B]
Doors open at 6:30PM, which is when we’ll have access to the suite
The opening group plays at 7:30PM, then there’s a short intermission
One Direction plays at ~8:30PM
The show should last until ~10:30PM

[B]The Arena[/B]
If you’re not familiar with the O2, I’d recommend looking over their very helpful website, particularly the instructions on getting to and from the event from Central London (the Arena is in Greenwich, which can be a bit of a haul if you’re not prepared for it): [URL]http://www.theo2.co.uk/visit-us/getting-here[/URL]

[B]Meeting Up[/B]
Ben will have all the tickets, so it seems like the easiest thing will be to meet inside the O2 (they have lots of restaurants and retail). NY-LON is basically designed to be a glorified Virgin Clubhouse, so there are some fun cocktails and such. The menu looks a bit light on actual food, so if you plan on sightseeing all day before coming to the O2 we understand if you want to just grab your tickets and then get something more substantial to eat. We won’t be offended 🙂

[B]The Suite[/B]
We will have drinks and snacks in the suite as well, though I don’t have a ton of information on the catering setup yet. Nor do I know the exact location, but I’ll share more info as we get it.

Sounds great! We cannot wait! One Direction is awesome! Sounds like it will be a lot of fun.

Wonderful! We’re really looking forward to the concert! Arrived in Greenwich yesterday, and touring around the city for the next few days. Looking forward to meeting you all 🙂

Got here in style yesterday via Delta’s JFK –> MAN to see some family and friends first! quick trip to a Manchester United game before I head to London!
