Compensation from Cathay Pacific for delayed luggage (over 48 hours). Suggestions?
Hi Lucky – I previously asked for suggestions in relation to compensation from Cathay Pacific for delayed luggage (over 48 hours). As expected, they send me the standard response and forwarded my omplain to LHR luggage services which does not help my case. Do you have any suggestions how should I bring the complaint up and for compensation discussions?
@ Grace — Did you email customer relations, and if so, did you concretely express that you’d like a gesture of goodwill? If not, I’d suggest following up with London and requesting something.
