Citicard hold times?
Anyone know what’s going on with Citicards customer service the last couple of days? I’ve been trying to dispute a charge on my Aadvantage World Elite MC and have been suffering through waits of 40+ minutes. One time I called and the system just said they were experiencing too much call volume and hung up one me. Usually get answered within 2-3 minutes at most.
In general their customer service and IT are bad apples. I would try again on the phone or send a message from their online system. Also, there is an option to dispute a charge on your online activity as well.
They’ve been having a lot of trouble with the Costco transition although hopefully that will die down soon!
