Citi Prestige card help!!

Citi Prestige card help!!

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m not having an easy time getting cards these days. Chase says I have had the maximum number of cards in the last 24 months and now I got “the letter” asking for all sorts of verifications from Citi when I applied for the citi prestige card. Because of my lifestyle I am not able to provide what htey are asking for. What is going on? Is my credit card mileage days over? Do they ask for special verification for the prestige card only? Now I am nervous to apply for any citi cards. The miles are extremely valuable to me as I have taken off work for the last 5 years to focus on volunteer work in India. Very rewarding work, but it is the miles that make it possible. I want to be able to continue. Any advice you have would be gratefully accepted.

What are they asking for? Maybe something in your credit report raised a flag, have you looked at your credit score/report recently?

It’s hard to offer advice without any details. As long as you applied with accurate information, what is it that is stopping you from providing documentation?
