Recently signed up for Prestige card, following your advice. Card approved effective 8/31 which I thought was under previous 50K bonus. Have qualified with minimum spend +, but only received 40K bonus. CITI says they have no records showing a previous 50K bonus??? Am I right or wrong on this?, and if right, can you offer suggestion as who to contact at CITI for resolution? 2 tries so far have been unsuccessful, but commend CITI for their courtesy at least. Thanks for all your great articles every day!!! Much appreciated!

The 50,000 point offer that we had access to ended on July 19th. I’m not sure if there was a ghost link available after that, but it’s been 40k since July as far as I know.
