Not directly, but you can transfer to Korean Skypass, which is an Emirates Partner.
You could also transfer to Marriott, and then transfer those points to Emirates directly as part of their air & hotel packages. But you get a pretty terrible conversion rate, and it seems to take about 4 weeks for the transfer to process….
You could also use your Chase Points to book travel direct through the Ultimate Rewards portal….
