Looking at using 55K pre-devaluation AA miles for a CX J flight west coast to bkk. Is CX recommended
as I’ve read mixed reviews, i.e. that they aren’t quite up to what they used to be, akin to Singapore Airlines.

I’d also like to add that CX is almost certainly better than anything else you can redeem AA miles for in business class on that route!

CX’s hard product on the 777 is one of the best business class hard product in my opinion, not sure about their soft product though
