Can you use Chase Rewards to book Alitalia award?

Can you use Chase Rewards to book Alitalia award?

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi,
I’d like to transfer our ultimate rewards points to KLM, Korean Air or Delta to then book an Alitalia award flight. This does not seem possible. The KLM and KA sites don’t show Alitalia flights. All of their flights are theirs (with stops in france and Korea) Can I use partner miles to book a miles flight on Alitalia? Am I missing something??

Hi Dianna, you can but you need to find saver level availability. Given Alitalia’s current financial situation I wouldn’t be surprised if they are releasing fewer seats. UR points transfer to FB or Korean and either program should be able to book Alitalia seats.
