Business Travel NYC-SFO…Delta or United?

Business Travel NYC-SFO…Delta or United?

I will be traveling from NYC to SFO every other week for the foreseeable future (1 year and beyond), and need to decide between flying Delta or United. Given that it is an incredibly heavy business route, the likelihood of getting upgrades seems rather unlikely, but for the benefits of having Platinum/Diamond (depending if i hit 125K) on Delta vs 1K on United, which is better choice? Thanks a lot.

In general, with DL you will get better operational efficiency and service, UAL will provide more valuable miles. Personally I would go with DL given the ease of earning UAL miles otherwise through credit cards.
