    I am a little confused. Just before watching the presentation on Tuesday, I applied for and was approved for the Brex Cash card. I was issued a virtual card. I am not able to fund the account as it says Dashboard is not fully functionable. I’ve checked every day since and still the same issue. Any comments/suggestions?

    Hey Gene, that doesn’t sound right at all. Have you checked with Brex support at all (the little chat icon in the bottom right of the screen when you’re logged in)?

    I know they are dealing with a lot of new accounts, but if you haven’t received an answer from them please email me with your company name/email and I’ll see if I can escalate.
