Booking Emirates Rewards travel with Chase Saph Res

Quick question – i signed up and rec’d the 100,000 bonus points everyone talked about with the Chase Sapphire Reserve. Now im up to 124,000 points with them plus i have almost 50,000 points sitting in Delta.

How do i book Emirates Business JFK to MXP? I did research and it seems the best bang for the points is Delta to Alaska and Chase to BA to Alaska. Then Alaska to redeem on Emirates? Does this make sense? Or is there a better way to accomplish this?

Hey PhilipJ! There aren’t any amazing ways to use Ultimate Rewards points for Emirates, sadly, and you really can’t transfer points from one airline to another.

Are you open to other carriers? There are probably some better redemption opportunities if you’re a bit flexible.
