I am about to make a large purchase and I’d planned on getting the Barclaycard Arrival Plus for the sign on bonus of 40,000 miles, and then cancelling it before year 2- when the $89 annual fee kicks in. Now I find that they seem to once again have temporarily closed the card to new applicants.

I already have the Chase Sapphire Preferred, and American Express.

Is there another card with a good sign on bonus that I may not know about?

[USER=4]@Lucky[/USER], that seems to be linking to the basic Arrival, not the plus. I think Doctor of Credit has had posts saying that the Plus has not been available for a little bit?

If you look at the public website, they don’t even show the products any more!
