Anonymous GuestRecently, Qatar Airways is showing that it requires x2 miles for upgrades from economy to business. The strange thing is, people are reporting the x2 miles for the next 12 months!?
Any ideas what is happening? -

I was having problems on the Qatar Airways Privilege Club website (as were several others). I’ve since called them and the customer service person quoted me what should be the normal mileage redemption. Now waiting with fingers crossed that the upgrade actually goes through. As an aside, I’ve been told that the x2miles redemption on the site is not a glitch :-/
