American canceled flight
After close to 40 hours in DFW and being told weather, congestion & waiting on pilot was the problem my grandson, wife & baby was postponed then canceled twice. They gave up; rented a car to return to the airport they flew out of (the DFW was a layover). They had spent last night in a motel. How can they get compensated by American? This kept them from joining family for vacation.
I always start here, just to keep a record going.
