All over the place
So I’ve got an interesting one (very similar to the Etihad thing from a few months back). What is the policy on using BA first class lounges at LHR when connecting from an international long haul to a EU business class (because first isn’t available)? I sent seven separate emails (that’s right, I said seven) to their first class email address for questions and received conflicting responses. Two of the emails were so confusing I couldn’t understand what they were telling me. Three of the email replies said that I would be required to use the business class lounges. And then to make it just that much more unclear about the official policy, two of the emails stated that I could use the first class (or Concorde according to one response) lounges. This was an incredibly frustrating process and I am curious to know if BA publishes their official policy on this topic anywhere (they do have one place on their One World policy, but not specific for BA)??? Thanks in advance.

You have lounge access based on the highest class of service on your ticket, so if you arrive on BA F you can use the Concorde Room.
