Alaska miles on Cathay

Alaska miles on Cathay

  1. emi New Member

    Hello –

I have an upcoming flight on Cathay from SIN->HKG->LAX booked using Alaska miles and based on Google flights, the flight from HKG->LAX on my travel day is not showing up so I assumed it was cancelled. I haven’t receive any kind of a notification as of yet either through e-mail/text and upon calling CX I was told the flight is still operational. In case the flight does get cancelled, will CX automatically re-book on another flight?

    Thank you.

They should be able to re-book you, but you may also want to be proactive and look for ideal alternate options and ask to be rebooked there in advance.
