Air transit via Canada to a third country
I am scheduled to fly FLL-YUL-VIE-SPU in June. I know rules change constantly. But what are the current covid testing requirements as of Jan 29, 2021 for US citizens on international transit via one of 4 approved gateway airports in Canada? Do I need to comply with the Canadian Covid testing requirements as a transit passenger? I recognize that I will have to comply with whatever requirements Croatia imposes but if they are different from those of Canada will I have to deal with both? Alternatively, I should try to drop the Canadian connection to make life easier? And if there are specific requirements that apply to my situation, can you provide the link so I can keep current?
It doesn’t look like you’ll have to do anything special to transit Canada though of course I’d have recent negative test results handy.
