I am looking at flying First with Air France from Dublin connecting in CDG to Singapore. I know it gets rave reviews but as a nervous flyer, is Lufthansa or Singapore airlines safer?

They’re both equally safe. The difference is negligible.
I’d go with AirFrance first class if the flight to Singapore is NOT on their A380. If it is, go with Singapore.
