Where is it best to sit if you are a couple in Business Class on a AC 789 to London. I would like to be able to see and talk to my wife.

Your only choice are the center 2 seats. Window seats point to window and are staggered so you can’t see or speak with the person next to you. I did not like 1a. Row 1 middle there is cabinet in front of those seats which the flight attendants used as paper stand (see photos in report) and later in the flight a bar.

It’s a large cabin. Rows 3-6 I think are best. The divider you see between the seats can be lowered.

    Great ride.

    Hi @GFE, and welcome!

The reverse herringbone seats are honestly not great for talking, even if you have two seats in the center. Those seats are angled such that you have to lean forward to converse, so it’s not super convenient.

For the red-eye, my husband and I would always choose window seats right behind the other. You can’t really talk, but you can get better sleep.
