I’ve booked quite a few revenue AA flights for the last few days and I’ve been able to hold them for 24 hours. You posted that AA would eliminate the 24 hour holds, but so far that doesn’t seem to be the case for domestic or international flights. I am AA EXP and my spouse is AA PLT, and I’ve been able to hold on both accounts, so perhaps this holds are still available for AAdvantage elites?

I dont have status and the HOLD option still exists. It’s probably a system update issue that will be fixed soon.
