I flew business class yesterday from PVG to DFW.
The seat was horrible. The head rest hit me in the middle of my shoulders and was incredibly uncomfortable. anyone else experienced this?

Do you know which seat? AS 787s have different seats depending on the aircraft. I flew LAX-HND on their 789 with the Super Diamond reverse herringbone seat in business class and it was perfectly comfortable.
