Hi Lucky –

I have an AA ticket but the flight is operated by Alaska from LAX to SEA. Will I have access to the One World business class lounge at LAX based upon being a Gold member on Air Berlin?

    Thanks!

I dont believe you can access the lounge. As a OW Sapphire, accessing the lounge requires you to be traveling on a flight marketed and operated by a OW carrier, which AS isn’t.

    Thank you so much!

On a related note – I have another flight from PDX to ABQ via LAX. The ticket was purchased at aa.com but the first leg into LAX is operated by Alaska and the second leg to ABQ by American Eagle. Will that entitle me access to the OW lounge at LAX?

    Thank you!

I feel like you should be able to access the OW lounge in that situation but I could be wrong.
