Trying to figure out best way to compile and get 2 seats possibly for next April / may for South Africa. Of course shortest duration possible. Is it possible to speak with someone on the phone? Thank you!

If you want to learn about frequent flyer miles and do the legwork yourself, I would post details and someone will have suggestions. If you’d like to hire someone to research and book the award for you, you’ll need an award booking service. You can find the link to pointspros under the award booking tab at the top of the page. There are also other services that you should be able to find with a quick search.

Note that for April/May 2018, flight schedules are not yet available and probably wont become available until April to June 2017 but posting questions here or submitting a request to PointsPros will give you some advice as to where to source miles/points and planning ahead so that you’re ready when the time comes to book.
