Anonymous GuestChanged a later flight on United app after checking in the night before flight and wasn’t charged a change fee on the United app (said “$0″ to change” for all of the options in the menu). I only have Premier Silver status (and Chase Explorer card — spent $30k in 6 months last year), and have previously incurred the listed $75 fee for same day changes. Class S coach ticket. Any idea why there was no charge?
