BA Tier Point Question

BA Tier Point Question

  1. Anonymous

    Hi,

I’m currently planning a trip to the US from London, and typically it is cheaper to go from Dublin.

    The itinerary is as planned:

    Dublin —> NYC

NYC—> Lon (connection) Lon —> Dublin

    In Business / Club World.

If I was to take the first two flights, and then when at Heathrow inform them that I don’t want to take the flight to Dublin, would I receive the tier points for the first two flights?

    Thanks

  2. David W

Yes you will, though I wouldnt inform them about not taking the last flight. However, it’s an issue if you have checked bags – unless the connection in London is very long, the check-in agent will check your bag thru to Dublin.
