Access to AA Flagship Lounge T8

I’m flying AA (JFK – LHR) and have my BAEC number in the booking. I have no status with BAEC, however I’m qantas Gold (one world sapphire).
Will I get access? I’d like to build my status up with BA, thus why using that number on the booking.
Are there any published rules on this?
    Thanks!

Put your Qantas number in the booking to get the lounge access, and at the gate before you board, ask the gate agent to change it to your British Airways number.
