Anonymous GuestI was suppose to fly from Munich through London to the US. American canceled the flight from Munich and when I called they told be they can fly me from Berlin instead. Nowhere there was any conversation about fees (and since they cancelled it, I assumed there is no fee). The next thing I know there is a charge on my CC for airport taxes. (the amount is about half of the value of the ticket to go back to the US). The customer service does not care and only repeats that it’s taxes and I need to pay. Please help.
