I am flying on QR from MIA to Delhi next week and have noticed that QR is taking a 500+ mile detour around Pakistan airspace as well as avoiding routes that touch the blockade. I was under the impression that Pakistan relaxed the overfly restrictions. Do you have any information you can share as I have searched for current news stories and come up empty-handed.
Below is an image of the flight from Doha that I will be travelling on QR578 and according to FlightAware this route is routed long every day in my search.
