LHR connection time

LHR connection time

  1. Anonymous Guest

I want to book an award between JFK and WAW(Warsaw Poland) via LHR on american and british airways. Both flights arrive/depart from terminal 3 and the connection time is 1hr20min will I be able to easily make it? I have never transited through heathrow before. Does me being an EU citizen help.
    Thanks

Sounds exhausting, but possible. T3 has the most strict security, so be prepared for that to take longer.

The minimum connection time is 1:10, so 1:20 should be possible:

    Cześć!;)
I’d search for another option, just to be sure. If there are no possibilities, go for it. If you don’t make it on time, airline should offer you seat in the next flight to Warsaw.

Would being in business class help me? if so by how much
Hi @Milosz — the minimums are the minimums legally allowed regardless of class of service. Being in business class helps in that you’re off the plane faster, and security queues aren’t quite as long, but it will be tight either way.
