Sorry, couldn’t resist. No one knows at this point. Until there is a vaccine things are probably not going back to normal.

Lol Gaurav! That made my morning.
But to the topic – Like you, Peggy, my wife and I would really like to make some plans. As Gaurav says so eloquently though, no one really knows. For example, in the UK, the latest advice is that if you enter the country you will isolate for 14 days. Unless, of course, you come from France, which is exempted for some reason. And if you dont have an address for 14 days, you will be provided government accomodation. You face a mandatory 14 day quarantine in Australia. You cant enter Qatar but can transit. Similar in Japan. Singapore isnt accepting visitors. Its all just up in the air right now.
Best thing to do is follow the advice of your departure and destination points, and check it every fortnight or so for revisions to policy.
