Hello Lucky and everyone else,

So I recently applied (and was approved for) the Citi Prestige card. I received my Priority Pass select card about a week after receiving my credit card. Then, today, I received [I]another[/I] Priority Pass select card.

Both letters reference the Citi Prestige account, but both Priority Pass cards have different account numbers and expiration dates (about a week apart). Both have my name. There are no authorized user accounts and I don’t hold any other cards that include Priority Pass as a benefit.

So, my question is this: Is this just a glitch? Should I call Priority Pass and ask what’s up? Is it possible to give one to a family member when they travel? As I’ve never used lounge membership, I don’t know if they ask for any ID/boarding pass in addition to the membership card.

sounds like a glitch, though i don’t know if sharing the 2nd card is merely frowned upon or if it could mess up your primary membership.

i’m in kind of a similar situation – when i applied for the prestige, i signed my wife up as an additional user, since I didn’t know there was a fee. when i got the card, i immediately canceled hers, and they waived the fee, so no harm done… but then a PP card for her showed up in the mail, and i’m wondering if she can use it, or if it will get declined when the lounge scans it.
