Weird thing happened to my Amex account today.
I already had am Amex gold premier business reward card ending XXXXX(that was linked to my regular amex account).
Today I applied for Amex gold premier reward card, got instant approval, it then asked if I wanted to link the card to my existing amex account. I said yes and logged in using my amex uname and password. Now I don’t see my Amex gold premier business reward card in my account I do see Amex gold premier reward card ending YYYYY.
Have you heard or seen something like this?
Wondering if I should call, since I haven’t recieved bonus for either biz(75K) or regular(50K) yet.
