AmEx Platinum 100K offer returning?

AmEx Platinum 100K offer returning?

Any thoughts on if/when the AmEx Platinum (personal, not business) 100K MR bonus will return? Or if/when something better than the current 40K MR points might be available? I want to get the card, but don’t want to jump too soon.

That’s usually a sporadic offer with really no set schedule of when it usually appears. I’d monitor this (and other travel/credit card) blog closely for information. http://www.doctorofcredit.com/ is also a great source.

I feel like the last couple of time the 100k offer has come out for the personal card it’s been a targeted invite that’s been leaked with AmEx going hard after people who took advantage of the offer and trying to claw back points if they could. I’d be a little wary unless it was a real public offer.
