What to do with expiring asian miles?
I have around 7k points asian miles which are expiring. Its not enough for a flight and I don’t know what to do with them.
Is it worth getting a lounge pass perhaps?
any ideas?
Thanks,
Stephen.
Do you mean Asiana?
If you mean Cathay Pacific Asia Miles you can exchange them at points.com

Not a very good use, but better than letting the miles expire
It might also be possible to use the points for a hotel night, even if you are a bit low.

It’s possible to buy more points if you are short for hotel night or flight, but you need to have activity in you account in the last year

Account activity can be achieved true the Asia miles shopping portal.

Or simply crediting a hotel stay to Asia Miles

If you have the miles in Asiana Club as @Gaurav says, then you are sadly out of luck. Asiana seems to be one of those all roads lead in and non out kind of programs.
