What is award space?
the title says it all but I have been reading Luky’s blog for a while now and have the main jist of what’s going on but I’m still confused as to what award seats actually are and if you can get them in Australia on Virgin or Qantas?
Jarrad: award seats are a subset of seats available on a plane that can be booked using frequent flier miles or points. Airlines decide how many seats to make available on each flight depending on their forecasted demand and other factors.
