It looks like the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal is now taking reservations and they are showing standard room availability for most nights. But no award availability for any nights at all. Any idea if this this game-playing by the property? Or if we just need to wait for their systems to get fully operational?

I don’t think that’s unusual at a new property. For a new high-end property they may decide not to offer award space for a few weeks but it’s also entirely plausible that award space has not been loaded yet.
