Hi! If I would want to book an American award on Etihad, would I have to call up or is there anyway to do it online? I know you can search for seats on Etihad’s website, but just for booking using AA miles.

Hey Jacob, you need to call AA however make sure you call the australian AA contact centre using Skype or Google Talk. US AAgents are having an issue searching EY availability but the AU team seem to be ok with it. Saves you a lot of headaches 🙂

They are still having trouble??!! I thought those issues were over…

I wish, I called this morning to the US and they were still having issues spotting seats! Tried to get them to hold a seat for me while I sort an issue on my booking but they couldnt even spot a seat on new bookings

I have a bank of aa miles that I need to use and I wish New York availability would open up a bit, London availability looks good though 🙂

Great minds think alike. I’m watching F availability to London like a hawk at the moment. Want to experience it as before the nasty chart deval kicks in haha

Im in australia so thankfully our Qantas Domestic Business flights are only going up 5k points I think. I think Australia was spared quite luckily in this deval for most of the chart. Although the transpacific route sucks now!!!
