I’m booking an award, HND-ORD on NH, connecting same day to UA F ORD-LGA. Would I get club access in ORD? From my understanding, I wouldn’t get access but I just want to make sure.

I don’t think so, nope. Star Alliance is pretty aggressive about it being a “departure” lounge.
